Return Policy:
As of July 1, 2007, our manufacturer increased prices on all of our antler and wagon wheel lighting products. We have decided to absorb the increased costs ourselves. However, since our new margins are so slim, we have changed our return policy:
We are so confident in the quality and uniqueness of our products that we guarantee you will be satisfied with your purchase or you may return it.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply return the merchandise, in the original packing, within 30 days, postage pre-paid, for a refund.
There will be a 25% restocking fee for all returned orders.

Please note that because of the handcrafted and limited production nature of our products we do our best to ensure prompt delivery. In general, you must allow 4 weeks for delivery. Many items may ship sooner. If there will be a delay of any sort, we will notify you.
